EXPRESS AUSTRALIA POST
SIGN ON DELIVERY
$15 AUSTRALIA WIDE
Your products will be sent via Express Post (1-3 business days) and you will be provided with a tracking number for your reference, you will required to sign on delivery.
Most metro areas of Australia will receive their order next business day.
Rural/ Remote areas of AUS can expect an additional 1-3 business days.
Your products will be sent via international Airmail Service (10-14 business days).
Custom orders will be dispatched as soon as we receive it from our supplier. It can take 6 days for us to receive the order, it will be sent same day we receive it and you will be notified with tracking number via text message. All Australia post tracking updates are FINAL and any missing item will have to be investigated by your local post office or Australia post. We dispatch orders made before 1pm (GMT) on the same working day once payment is received in full. (weekends, public holidays and bank holidays are not considered as a working day). Orders placed after 1PM (GMT) will normally be posted on the next working day.

Any orders made on weekends, public holidays or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. You must provide your MOBILE NUMBER (for your order confirmation) and for any communication if necessary. You will be notified via TEXT MESSAGE to notify you that your order has been dispatched along with your tracking number information.
ADDRESS MUST BE IN FULL & CORRECT
We will not be held responsible for lost items during shipment due to incorrect postal address details. Please advise us change of address or contact details so we can update your account.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
In the event the Goods do not satisfy all or any statutory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide you with a replacement of the Goods, an exchange of the Goods or a refund of the Price in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
We will only accept an exchange of the Goods or refund of the price if you change your mind, where (due to hygiene reasons):
(a) you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we approve the exchange; and
(b) we receive the Goods within 14 days of the date you purchased the Goods
(c) the Goods are unopened, unused and not tampered with.
If a refund of the Price or exchange of the Goods is made, you will bear any postage costs to return the Goods to us.
All or any return of the Goods by you, whether for a refund or exchange, must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice provided by us to you at the time of purchase of the Goods.
All refunds of the Price approved by us and in accordance with these Terms, will be made via the original payment method used by you less the original shipping charges. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not issue refunds to a different credit card or debit card other than the credit card or debit card used to purchase the Goods.
If a refund of the Price is made, you will receive a refund for the Price less:
(a) 6% of the price paid for the Goods plus $00.30, for Goods purchased with Afterpay; or
(b) 4% of the price paid for the Goods plus $00.15, for Goods purchased with Zip Pay; or
(c) 2.9% of the price paid for the Goods plus $00.30, for Goods purchased with Mastercard or Visa.
